Abstract

Rad analizira promjene u strukturi znanstvenih instituta, viših i visokih institucija i povezuje ih s izostankom promjena BDP-a u kontekstu potrebe, odnosno nedostatne utemeljenosti gospodarstva na novim tehnologijama. Također, ističu kako je nužno da se kontinuiranom difuzijom znanstvenih, obrazovnih i gospodarskih kapaciteta utječe na razvoj gospodarskih subjekata i regionalne strukture.
