Abstract

This research analyzes the theoretical and methodical aspects of the organization of business processes in reliance upon strategic development programs, the formation of indicators depending on the purpose of the business, and the issue of compatibility, which is essential in organizing business processes. Moreover, the author elaborates on the order of elements that constitute the basis of the mechanism for financial evaluation and control indicators for large enterprises. Additionally, the author analyzed internal business processes based on indicators of the interdependence of external and internal results that are significant for shareholders. Furthermore, the author developed proposals for improving the systematization of indicators to ensure effective management and control. It is proposed that internal business processes be analyzed and implemented based on indicators of the interdependence of external and internal results that are important for shareholders. Focusing on indicators that reflect the true state of the business and its financial stability, the author developed a model to compare the company’s results with competitor data and industry best practices. Next, the author provided recommendations for optimizing the systematization of indicators, which ensure effective management and control. This approach increases the transparency of business processes and their efficiency, which, in turn, affects the company’s results and the satisfaction of shareholders.
