Abstract

The consumer market in Russia is currently characterized by dynamic development on the demand and supply sides. For many consumers, a range of perceived product quality characteristics has become increasingly significant, prompting manufacturers to rethink their approaches to production and product distribution. These changes are undoubtedly transforming the consumer market, making it crucial at this stage of development to identify the key criteria for perceived product value that enable buyers to integrate new products into their daily routines. This research presents the results of a marketing study aimed at defining the chain of perceived product value based on the analysis of factors, such as quality, production, and product selection. The authors identify the primary vectors for market development driven by the transformation of perceived quality characteristics in relation to product choice and consumption. The inter-relationship between the key factors in the chain of perceived product value is analyzed, focusing on their integration into daily dietary habits. The research outlines major conclusions that help shape meaningful characteristics of perceived product value, forming the foundation for developing a marketing relationship model with consumers.
