Abstract

Throughout history, real revolutions have often broken out quietly and calmly, such that those involved or in that generation never realized they were making history.” In early 2013, a Chinese economist solemnly pointed out that the so-called “revolutions” actually refer to the reconstruction of global economic and trade rules triggered by the 2008 financial crisis.
