Abstract

In this part of the book, you have learned the rationale for the often-used mantra of “listen to the voice of the customers”, and you have been presented with a methodology that can assist you in this endeavour. Some complementary ways to interact with customers have been presented, and it is argued that sometimes several of them can be successfully deployed simultaneously in one project. The most important message, however, is not how to do it but simply the importance of doing it…
