Data Mapping and Financial Dashboards

In: Business Analytics Progress on Applications in Asia Pacific

Abstract

This project comprised two main activities. First, sales data under two different hierarchies had to be integrated from two different silos. Second, after successful integration of the data, a single financial dashboard was created and refined to showcase net trade sales data under these two hierarchies. The dashboard was shared with global managers at the end of every month. The aim was to produce useful, meaningful and practical dashboards for management decisions.
