This paper describes a practical and systematic approach to conceptualization, development and deployment of KMS. The aim of this paper is to share the holistic view of KM initiatives and the steps taken to achieve the goal of KM development and deployment. The sharing the process of KM development and deployment would benefit organizations that are on the verge of starting KM initiative.
