Abstract

A guide to ‘Project Management’ has been presented with the aim of providing a firm guarantee regarding the on-time delivery of projects, allowing an individual to achieve all the specifications within a scheduled budget plan. Using proper methodology reduces risks because it guides the management team along with life cycle phases pertaining to maintenance. Managers often prefer a specific project methodology or framework and face resistance and difficulties in managing different projects or other projects with a framework. This is due to a lack of awareness of the similarity between their preferences and the new required methodology. Use this knowledge wisely by gaining an understanding of the different dynamics of methods of project management for managers and their organizations, combining different power components or knowing the similarities with competitors to enhance their overall performance. All types of project methodologies can be divided into traditional and modern approaches. Hence, various approaches that can be used in different types of project management are presented.
