Abstract

A sudden windfall profit rewards you beyond your expected trade target or a share price plummets for no apparent reason. For good trade management, we must anticipate how to react in these situations. At the very least, it should be written into our trading plan. We need to consider the decisions required in response to such circumstances. Capturing an unexpected profit or cutting an unexpected loss has a significant impact on our aggregate trading results.
