Abstract

Previous research has consistently shown the relationship between task-technology fit (TTF) and information system (IS) success for individuals, but little work has shown interest in this relationship at an organizational level of analysis. This study investigates the role of TTF in enterprise resource planning (ERP) system success at the firm level. The survey data are collected from 84 ERP-adopted enterprises working in Vietnam. PLS-SEM analyzes support the expected direct and indirect relationships between TTF and ERP system success. Implications of the findings are discussed.
