Abstract

Henry was a Harvard corporate lawyer that had never worked as a CEO until James gave him this opportunity, and it showed even in my early interactions with him. He grew up in the Boston suburbs in the wealthy neighborhood of Brighton Mass. Both his parents were successful psychologists so I can only imagine the kind of pressure that would put on someone to grow up and become successful.
