Abstract

The enterprises many times in our days, are confronted with pleasant challenges of personnel adaptation among people with many credentials and prowess. In the other side, they have all the time the dilemma that a wrong choice especially in the high and the medium level is possible to navigate the enterprise in wrong employ decisions out of the main direction and the targets due by the strategy and the width of activity.In this presentation we aim to detect the way and the procedures that the Hellenic medium sized enterprises are adopting and employ high and medium level staff and also the credentials that they must have in order to satisfy the requirements of them. In that way it seems that day by day, the enterprises emphasizes in the human element, the right choice and the training of them, in a second level. These personnel may be from inside or outside of the enterprise according the strategy plan.
