Abstract

In this article we will examine the level of social responsibility of small and medium business that act in the Greek car market. The Greek companies that act on the particular market are considered to be branches of the giant car industries and they have to plan their strategy based on the policies drawn by their associated business. The social responsibility of the companies is directly related to the ulterior goal of businesses in Greece profit. We can, however, predict the influence of social phenomena on the business and thus, plan the appropriate social policy of the company. Additionally, we must emphasize the consequences of such policies on the decision – making of the other company sections and on the planning of the long – standing policy and strategy.
