Abstract

Key professionals that work with UAM and young adults need to have specific knowledge, skills and competencies for work. Organization of trainings for professionals is of key importance; but it is also important to organize regular meetings between professionals for exchange of experiences, presentation of the actual work and development of common strategies. In addition, mutual job shadowing can provide more in depth experiences. In the theoretical part of the article, we will present current situation in this area in Slovenia, Italy, Germany, Turkey and Greece (countries in the project CiSoTRA). In the empirical part, we will present results of ‘general’ trainings for professionals, conducted in frame of the project CiSoTRA in 2019 in project partner countries.
