Education Quality Gain Through Interconnection Of Subjects

Abstract

In parallel with the society, the school builds up a system of values related to education and knowledge, together with learning. As an answer to modern society challenges, the school aims to educate a responsible, autonomous, modern and socially skilled young people. Social interaction drives the conditions for overall happiness and success. Therefore, social interaction is gaining decisive role also in field of learning. An individual is engaged in learning communities, which are formed together with a school, local national and evermore wide social environment, not only teachers. Knowledge is a comprehensive value and therefore not easy to onward. It is based on authentic learning of all participants of the learning process, where the teacher has a leading role. With his commitment, he is in charge of establishing the conditions for learners to feel the need and will for lifelong learning already in primary education period. The following work answers the question how to develop the conditions for more entertaining, more authentic and primarily faster learning for teachers and learners, based on an open learning environment case. An example of learning foreign languages, including classical music and sports is shown. Based on subjects interconnection and induction of practical activities into modern education science framework, this contribution explains somebody activity as a learning subject and importance of integrated approach for sustainable education and individual and society development.
