Abstract

This article analyzes the importance of dialogue in scientific research regarding education, in the process of analysis and decision-making. In the field of education, the significance of the dialogue lies in simulating the process of establishing the truth. The truth in this case is already known, regardless of the discipline studied. In the research dialogue, the main purpose is investigation, the discovery of truth. It analyzes the structure and elements of the main form of foundation, substantiation - argumentation. In argumentation, we have the Logos element and a S subject. In the dialogue, we have the constant Logos element, but in its case, there is another subject. Unlike argumentation, the dialogue involves new rules, new principles, new standards that are compulsory for the participants. Respecting them in the process of discussion will considerably increase the effectiveness of dialogue, and then we will succeed in establishing the truth or persuading the interlocutor. Dialogue is omnipresent in our society. To dialogue, to argue is an art. It is not something inborn, something genetically predisposed. Dialogue, as any human abilities is cultivated, educated. What is important is that dialogue can show us that thinking has the role of making radical changes on the path of critical debates. Instead of resorting to violence, today it is more than ever necessary to fight battles with words rather than swords.
