Abstract

The terminal dues literature, for example Campbell et al. (2011), Geradin (2012), Haller et al. (2012), WIK Consult (2013), and Sorensen (2014) has recurrently underlined issues such as the distortion of competition between delivery operators, distortions of international mail flows via remail, financial transfers between designated operators, and distortions of competition between retailers in different countries.
