Abstract

When is financing of public postal services to be regarded as an advantage for the provider, therefore giving rise to the grant of State aid under EC law? Are public compensatory measures to be notified to the Commission and need they be approved before they can be put into operation? What are the conditions under which these measures can be allowed?
