Abstract

Transitioning from an architect to a Scrum Master wasn’t just a title change; it was a challenge to my identity. For years, I believed that strong architecture was the backbone of successful delivery. I took pride in enforcing best practices, safeguarding long-term integrity, and designing systems meant to last. But stepping into the Scrum Master role forced me to see that what once made me effective could now hold my team back.
