Abstract

The previous chapter covered comprehensive details about the SAP AI and Generative AI Hub and further realized the concepts by going through a step-by-step process of building a Generative AI use case. This chapter explores a new dimension in the world of Generative AI and explains the concept of AI Agents or Agentic AI. Starting with a basic introduction, the chapter discusses some history, followed by Agentic AI's key features, components, use cases, and more. It finally goes through a step-by-step process of building a custom AI Agent using the SAP BTP Generative AI Hub.
