Abstract

I believe in transparency. I believe in no surprises (and if you’ve ever had a boss who unexpectedly taps you on the shoulder and says “got a minute?” you know exactly why). And I believe in leading by example. So I’ll start by walking that talk: here’s exactly what you’ll find inside this book.
