Abstract

This chapter discusses the potential intersection of real estate and the metaverse, which is a virtual world that has become increasingly popular in recent years. Real estate in the metaverse refers to the ownership of virtual land, which can be used for a variety of purposes such as building virtual homes, businesses, and even virtual amusement parks. This virtual land can be bought, sold, and traded just like physical real estate, creating a new market for investors and developers. The study explores the benefits of investing in virtual real estate, including the ability to reach a global audience, reduce costs, and experiment with modern designs and structures. It also discusses the challenges and risks associated with this new industry, such as security concerns and lack of regulation.
