Abstract

ThisGreen Garments Organization study intends to examine the role of GHRM in influencing employeeEmployee circular economyCircular economy (CE) practices with the mediating effect of green innovationGreen innovation (product and process innovationProcess innovation) in green Ready-made garment (RMG) organizations in BangladeshBangladesh. The dynamic capability theoryTheory is the underlying theoryTheory of this study. Results of the perceptionsPerception of 354 employeesEmployee show that GHRM has a direct significant influence on employeeEmployee CECircular economy practices and indirect influence through two-dimensional green innovationGreen innovation. The paper explores what GHRM means to employeesEmployee in influencing their CECircular economy performance in the garment organizations having global identity of green organizationOrganizations and operating in one of the largest labor-oriented industries in BangladeshBangladesh. The findings provide insights into the inner mechanisms linking GHRM and CECircular economy practices through green innovationGreen innovation that further prove employeeEmployee dynamic capability requirements to innovate and behave sustainably.
