Enhancing Quality of Human Resources in Industry Sector in Da Nang City for Green Growth Pathway

Abstract

The article focuses on improving the quality of human resources in the Da Nang city’s industry: industry development, policy mechanism, the labor market, education and training, scientific–technical–technological development, the health and healthcare system. These criteria must meet the requirements of the green growth strategy. Experimental study of over 400 managers and scientists interviewed by questionnaire focusing on the above six groups of factors. In addition, secondary data is collected from reliable sources such as GSOs, statistical yearbooks, and scientific journals. The results show that all six groups of factors have the same impact on the development of human resources in the industry of Da Nang city to meet the green growth requirements in which the level of industrial development of Da Nang city and policy mechanism are the two most important factors, the average scores were 3.76 and 3.65, respectively. The health and healthcare system for workers is the least influential factor in the development of the city’s industrial human resources to meet the green growth requirements, with an average score of 3.11. The research has come up with a research model with six main factors. By multivariate regression method, the influence of these six factors has been shown on the development of industrial human resources in the Da Nang City’s to meet the requirements of green growth.
