Abstract

China is a large developing country with a large population with rural residents accounting for a considerable proportion of the total population. This is the most basic national situation in our country. Therefore, the issues of agriculture, rural areas, and rural people (referred to as the “three rural” issues) have always been the most important issue restricting the development of our country’s national economy, and have a bearing on the overall development of the cause of the party and the state.
