Abstract

Zusammenfassung Im Dezember 2018 startete Pinduoduo den „New Brand Plan“, der plant, 1000 Fabriken bei der Aufwertung ihrer Marken zu unterstützen und den C2M (Customer to Manufacturer)-Modus zu nutzen, um eine kurze Verbindung zwischen Verbrauchern und Fabriken herzustellen, um gemeinsam beliebte Produkte zu schaffen und die Kosten für Vertriebskanäle und Lagerbestände zu senken. Seit der Umsetzung des Plans haben sich die Bestellungen für „Joint Factory“ schnell vervielfacht, und mehr als 1500 Unternehmen haben an der kundenspezifischen Produktion teilgenommen, was zu mehr als 4000 maßgeschneiderten Produkten und 460 Millionen Bestellungen geführt hat.
