Abstract

This study aims to explore the role of strategic agility in achieving organizational creativity within institutions. The study addresses the concept of strategic agility as the ability of an organization to respond quickly and effectively to changes in its internal and external environment, by focusing on innovation, flexibility, and rapid decision-making. It also highlights organizational creativity as an integrated process that aims to provide new solutions and ideas that contribute to enhancing institutional performance and competitiveness. Using a descriptive analytical methodology, the study demonstrates the positive relationship between applying the principles of strategic agility, such as strategic foresight and efficient resource management, and achieving high levels of organizational creativity. The results indicate that organizations that adopt strategic agility are able to enhance innovation, improve performance, and respond flexibly to changes, which enhances their ability to achieve a sustainable competitive advantage.
