Abstract

As a complex system engineering, cross-border e-commerce needs to integrate various services and knowledge such as internet technology, cross-border trade, cross-border electronic payment, cross-border logistics, customs declaration, law, foreign languages, etc. Enterprises involved in cross-border e-commerce are increasingly facing many new, covert, and not to be underestimated operational risk challenges in their transnational operations, such as information risks, credit risks, cross-border logistics risks and other endogenous risks, as well as legal risks, political risks, natural risks, infrastructure risks and other exogenous risks.
