Change in Project Is Inevitable—Embrace It

The change in project requirements and uncertainty risk are inherent to every project. There are intrinsic changes—those arising from within the project, such as scope, time or resource adjustments—and extrinsic changes, which stem from external factors beyond the control of stakeholders, like regulatory shifts or unforeseen events.
