Abstract

Forging new paths in project management is challenging but rewarding too. The conventional, risk-averse approaches lead to delays and cost overruns, especially in public projects, due to lack of accountability and rigid contract conditions. A collaborative, win-win model built on trust, transparency, and shared responsibility, are the hallmark of successful organizations that prioritize pragmatic solutions and timely decisions. The professionals must come forward to embrace experimentation, learn from real-world stories, and choose the road less travelled for effective project completion and lasting impact.
