Abstract

Zusammenfassung Im Zusammenhang mit der Stichprobenerhebung ist uns allen ein beliebtes Sprichwort bekannt: „Je mehr, desto besser“! Verständlicherweise wird sich hierbei auf SRSWR/SRSWOR-Stichprobenverfahren bezogen und darüber hinaus auf die Schätzung des Mittelwerts endlicher Populationen mithilfe des Mittelwerts der entsprechenden Stichprobe. Mitunter ist jedoch eher die Gesamtheit der endlichen Population anstelle des Stichprobenmittelwerts von Interesse. Hier wird zwischen den Beiden nicht unterschieden; sie werden beliebig austauschbar verwendet. Die Stichprobenerhebung ist jedoch keineswegs auf dieses sehr einfache Phänomen beschränkt.
