Zusammenfassung Das Ende der lernenden Organisation scheint besiegelt: Google Trends dokumentiert den weltweiten Rückgang des Suchbegriffs „lernende Organisation“ von einem Höchststand von 100 im April 2004 auf 10 im Juni 2018. Diese Zusammenfassung beabsichtigt, Trends in Managementideen zu relativieren, deren spezifisches, wenn nicht gar proprietäres Vokabular weitgehend erklärt, warum das, was heute in Mode ist, morgen schon als veraltet gilt.
