Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die klassische Sichtweise der Rolle eines Managers war, dass er/sie organisiert, koordiniert, plant und kontrolliert. 1973 stellte Mintzberg klar, dass Manager an einem beliebigen Tag sehr beschäftigt sind, häufig unterbrochen werden und sich bemühen, ihre Tätigkeiten zu steuern. 35 Jahre später griff Mintzberg (2009) seine Beobachtungen erneut auf und entwickelte ein Modell des Managements, das das Management auf drei Ebenen darstellt: über Informationen, mit Menschen und für Handlungen. Im Rahmen von Mintzbergs (2009) Modell des Managements präsentiert dieses Kurzreferat Erkenntnisse, Analysen und Reaktionen aus der Beobachtung eines einzelnen Managers.
