Abstract

Zusammenfassung Der Multifactor Leadership Questionnaire erstellt ein psychologisches Inventar anhand von Aussagen, die darauf abzielen, Führungsstile und Führungsergebnisse zu bewerten: Es handelt sich um ein Multi-Rater- (oder 360-Grad-)Instrument, was bedeutet, dass sein Ergebnisbericht – der MLQ 360 Leader’s Report – die Selbsteinschätzung einer Führungskraft mit den Bewertungen von Mitarbeitenden zu denselben Items interpretiert und vergleicht. Diese Zusammenfassung reflektiert eine im Mai 2020 durchgeführte Übung mit dem Multifactor Leadership Questionnaire.
