Abstract

Zusammenfassung Team A wurde Anfang September 2019 gegründet, um im Zeitraum von September bis Dezember 2019 engagierte, lernorientierte Aktivitäten durchzuführen, mit dem Ziel, Managern Hinweise zur Implementierung oder Stärkung von Teams in ihren Organisationen zu geben. Abschließend zu der kurzen Reise, die in Serrat (Das Selbst im Team; Das Selbst im Team (Fortsetzung)) zusammengefasst ist, betrachtet dieses Kurzreferat zum Selbst im Team die Leistung des Autors als Mitglied von Team A und reflektiert darüber, wie die Praxis der Selbstreflexion für eine bessere Teamleistung im Allgemeinen bereichert werden könnte.
