Abstract

This chapter is based on the article “Influencer detection meets network autoregression—Influential regions in the bitcoin blockchain” by Simon Trimborn, Hanqiu Peng, and Ying Chen, published in the Journal of Empirical Finance in 2024 ( https://doi.org/10.1016/j.jempfin.2024.101529 ). Simon, an assistant professor of econometrics and data science at the University of Amsterdam, serves as the corresponding author for this chapter.
