Abstract

Since Comrade Xi Jinping proposed in 2014 that China’s economic development had entered the “new normal” and comprehensively and thoroughly outlined the characteristics of the “new normal” in terms of speed change, structural optimization and impetus changes, this insightful judgment has become a guiding light for understanding the economic situations, identifying main challenges and implementing targeted policies.
