Abstract

As international trade continues to grow and IT continues to evolve at a rapid pace, many companies are increasingly moving their business processes to different countries or regions. Coupled with the maturation of groundbreaking technologies such as cloud computing and 5G communications, cross-border business transactions have grown exponentially. According to data from the McKinsey Global InstituteMcKinsey Global Institute, 78% of Fortune Global 500 companies adopted offshore outsourcing strategies for their business processes between 2020 and 2023, achieving an average reduction in operating costs of 23% and an improvement in market response speed of 41%.
