Abstract

Climate change refers to a long-term global warming trend, flourishing notably from the twentieth century through to the early twenty-first century. “Global warming means the Earth’s surface temperatures have risen by 0.74 °C over the last 100 years. The rate of warming over the last 50 years is almost double that over the last 100 years”.
