Abstract

The religion Islam is more broadly comprehended as a complete code of life. As a consequence, the Islamic society and its framework are developed through the divine law called Shari’ah and rigorous Islamic jurisprudence called Fiqh. Its foremost message is that every follower must struggle, at the individual as well as social level, to attain the potential for good. Besides other aspects of human life, it also governs the behavior in the economic monarchy.
