Abstract

Zusammenfassung Diese Fallstudie zu Delhivery zeigt, wie ein junges Unternehmen phänomenal gewachsen ist, indem es eine Vielzahl von Geschäftsmodellen – hyperlokale Lieferung, Software als Dienstleistung, Pipeline-Geschäftsmodelle für Dienstleistungen und ein Plattform-Geschäftsmodell – umgesetzt hat. Der Fall zeigt auf, wie jedes dieser Geschäftsmodelle innerhalb des Unternehmens die anderen ergänzt und welchen Mehrwert sie für die anderen Geschäftsbereiche und Stakeholder bieten. Die Fallanalyse umfasst die Netzwerkeffekte und hilft, die Herausforderungen zu verstehen, denen sich Plattformunternehmen bei der Gestaltung ihrer Architektur rund um den Kern (Technologie) in Märkten gegenübersehen, die erst noch kritische Größe erreichen müssen.
