Abstract

Due to the increasing presence of environmental factors in an organization, the need for effective decision-making is becoming more prevalent. It can be done by developing strategies that involve monitoring and addressing these factors. Aside from improving operational efficiency, port logistics organizations also need to reduce their environmental impact following the pandemic. It will help them create long-term value. The success of vaccines depends on their ability to manage their ecological and digital supply chains. Leaders must be able to combine their various perspectives with being resilient and innovative. In this chapter, the authors intend to explore creative avenues to put forward a synchronized detail about new regular supply chain management for post-pandemic times.
