Abstract

With the faster growth of Internet finance, wider adoption market-driven interest rates, tightened capital control and mounting financial risks and pressure, financial regulators are confronted with the complexity of balancing administrative streamlining with financial regulation when the industry is stretching out in scope with apparently different focuses for each business line and a myriad of innovations.
