Abstract

Organizational learning is a process by which members of an organization modify or reshape organizational behavior with the help of knowledge. A highly computerized enterprise is itself a learning institution that needs to absorb the latest knowledge about environmental changes, disseminate the new knowledge to each employee and empower them. So, the efficiency of learning determines the efficiency of work and organization. C. Argyris and D. Schon, pointed out in Organization Learning: A Theory of Action Perspective in 1978 that organizational learning is an adjustment of pre-existing beliefs, attitudes, behaviors, and structures in practice as a response to environmental change in order to promote long-term effectiveness, as well as the survival and development of the organization.
