Abstract

Dual capability refers to the capability to sustain intense exploration and application activities in parallel; it is a core dynamic capability that enables Huawei to survive and thrive as the world’s leading ICT solutions provider. Through intense exploration activities, Huawei is able to perceive cutting-edge technologies, gain insight into the potential needs of customers, and quickly launch new products and features to adapt to the rapidly changing environment. Through intense application activities, Huawei is able to continuously optimize existing products and technologies, consolidate its position in the market, and solidify and expand the application of existing knowledge and experience, thereby improving the efficiency and reducing operating costs.
