Abstract

Leaders look for new transformational initiatives during various stages of the ongoing pandemics. They need to figure out a competitive workforce during the pandemic to be more resilient for the digital transformation of organizations. As the physicality of the workforce is in rumbles during the pandemic, the sustainability of organizations is undoubtedly a big billion-dollar question. So, the transformation of work culture and rules for safety guidelines will undoubtedly be the prerogative of these leaders. Old barriers need to be pushed aside, and new innovative sustainable goals are the need of the hour during pandemic times. Customer relations partnering opportunities are the focal point of these digital enterprises. Unprecedented times call for extraordinary measures. So, in this chapter, we will target sustainable, innovative, and transformational policies in every aspect. In this chapter, the authors will mainly focus on the changing face of new next normal business operational policies and how the organizations can bring a sense of security in the realms of every stakeholder. The trust must be back among all concerned stakeholders, from employees to customers. The blur of pandemic-induced reactions and anxieties should be cleaned up, which will be the theme of this chapter.
