Abstract

Under the severe impact of the global political and economic situation and the development of Internet technology, the Chinese economy, which has been reformed and opened for more than 40 years, found itself step into the key period of transformation. Many enterprises, such as real stores, have to transform due to the huge impact of the Internet economy; many state-owned enterprises have encountered the bottleneck of growth in China, and started market transformation and went overseas; some enterprises feel powerless when they want to sprint towards higher goals after completing the initial “small goal”; there are also some Unicorn companies, are eagerly taking the initiative to transformation after problems arising when the internal and external environment changes and the performance growth slows down due to the less-developed management covered by high-speed growth. To sum up, transformation remains the eternal theme of enterprise development.
