Abstract

This chapter establishes how to encounter and navigate the unknown and its uncertainties. It details an experiential journey of enterprise development and building towards determining a problem in all its nuances, that represents opportunity as well as a means by which to understand the market and its environmental particularities. The journey of this discovery is detailed, and the emergence of a framework is derived from the endeavour, and its research data, towards a new mode of engaging with the market and a range of tangibles and intangibles. The emergent framework entitled parabolic scramble is shown to be instructional and assistant for the screen content creator engaged in entrepreneurial activity, with a need for flexibility and an understanding of how to deal with path dependency, and alternative strategies to dealing with the unknown or uncertain.
