Abstract

Supply chain integration (SCI) has been an important management practice for the firm’s competitive advantages in the recent decades. Firms aim to integrate supply chain activities not only across functional departments but also cross organizational boundaries. In this book, we present a number of studies which investigate the antecedents and outcomes of SCI. Data from the sixth round International Manufacturing Strategy Survey (IMSS) project were used to empirically test the research models. The data set is introduced in detail, including its distribution, reliability, validity and measurement equivalence. This book is intended for contributing to the theory and practice about SCI.
