Abstract

The scenarios generated by supply chain finance tend to evolve from single business or sequential chains to service value networks, and the participants involved are also characterized by diversification and multiple layers. First of all, this chapter explores the basis of the emergence of specialized organizations from the perspective of signaling theory, analyzes their specific roles in the value network. In addition, this chapter further analyzes the current supply chain finance market in China and the different cooperation modes between those specialized organizations and other members in the industrial supply chain.
